Safety

AllergySafe Travel provides guidance and translation support only. It cannot guarantee that food, restaurants, airline meals, hotel meals, or menus are safe.

You must always confirm ingredients, cooking methods, oils, sauces, preparation areas, and cross-contact risks directly with staff before eating. Translated allergy cards, audio phrases, message templates, and AI menu scans are tools to help you prepare and ask better questions — they are not a substitute for that conversation.

In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Carry any prescribed medication (such as adrenaline / epinephrine auto-injectors) with you and follow the advice of your own doctor or allergy specialist.
